These terms are an agreement between you and Order Dynamics Inc. (“Lookbook”, “we”), British Columbia, Canada. By creating an account or using Lookbook you accept them.
1. The service
Lookbook is a continuity and department-management tool for film and television Makeup, Hair, Wardrobe and Prosthetics departments: photo continuity records, scene and character tracking, call-sheet reading, crew chat, reports, inventory and related features. Individual artist accounts are free. Productions purchase a licence per production (Section 5).
2. Accounts
You need an account with a real email address. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16.
3. Your content
You (and the production) own your content. Photos, notes, records, messages and documents belong to the people and productions that created them. Continuity records and business paperwork are the production's work product; chat messages — room, direct and department — are crew conversation and belong to their authors, and are not part of the record a production receives. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service: to store, transmit, back up and display your content to the members of the production it belongs to. We do not use your content for advertising or to train AI models, and we treat production content as confidential — we understand what an NDA is.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload — in particular, continuity photographs of performers are created under the production's authority and its agreements with its cast.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Lookbook to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass people, or attempt to access another production's data. Don't probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Production licences and payment
Every production starts with a free trial (currently 30 days). Continued use by a production requires a paid licence, billed per production at the published or agreed rate. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are for the licence period and are non-refundable except where the law requires; cancelling stops future billing. Individual artist accounts — profiles, availability, membership in licensed productions — are free.
6. AI features
Call-sheet and paperwork reading uses AI and can make mistakes — numbers, names and times must be reviewed before relying on them (the app shows a preview for exactly this reason). Continuity decisions remain the department's responsibility. AI features are metered and may be rate-limited to prevent abuse.
7. Availability and data
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”; on-set life means you should keep the app's offline mode in mind — it is designed to keep working without connectivity. We maintain backups for paying productions and provide the Wrap Archive export so productions hold their own record. Your privacy rights are described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using Lookbook and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Productions' content remains available to that production's members for the retention period described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claims arising from the service is limited to the amounts the relevant production paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or CAD $100 for free accounts). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost production time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable Canadian law; courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app, and continued use means acceptance.
