How it works

From one champion to a licensed show

A department head champions it

Lookbook is built by a working IATSE department head, and it spreads the same way — a HoD or key who wants continuity, timecards, and the call board handled brings it to the show.

The production licenses it per show

One licence covers the production for its run. Every show starts with a 30-day free trial, and licensing is arranged directly with us — tailored to crew size, episode count, and schedule.

Crew joins free — always

Artists never pay. Keys, dailies, and day players join with an invite code in seconds, and day players' access wraps automatically after their last day. No seat-counting surprises.

What a licence includes

The run of the show, covered

The full department toolset — continuity, face charts, call sheets, kit, chat, reports — for every member of the production, for the run of the show.
The call sheet, read automatically — scenes, cast calls, background counts and locations imported from the day's sheet.
Official payroll timecards — times from the chair onto the payroll company's own PDF forms, signed on screen.
The Wrap Archive — the complete continuity book exported as a deliverable the production owns at wrap.
Per-production data isolation — enforced in the database itself, with automatic access expiry for day players. Security overview →
Crew privacy by design — the production receives its work product: continuity and business records. Crew chat stays with the crew — it is not a production deliverable, which is part of why departments actually adopt it.
Backups and point-in-time recovery for licensed productions.
